Laubacher Multimedia cal customize the way MyAnnouncements is integrated on your site. It can show as short bulleted sections on your pages or it can be an entire page in and of itself. How It Works
MyAnnouncements is a web-based announcement management system that allows you to easily add news on your website from anyplace you have an internet connection. Your site has to be set up to work with MyAnnouncements. Here's how it works:
- Laubacher Multimedia or your web developer (whichever you choose) inserts the required code into your web pages.
- Your news for your website and their descriptions are entered into the MyAnnouncements system.
- Once everything is configured we turn on the MyAnnouncements system and your news is on your website.
For the techies: MyAnnouncements is a web service operated from the MyWebDept.com servers. The code you insert into the page makes an HTTP POST to the web service and the announcements and their descriptions are inserted. You then just write the announcements to the area of the page that it should go. MyWebDept.com supplies code examples in ASP or AJAX. The system is very easy to configure and use.

Pricing and Terms
Pricing for the MyAnnouncements is made up of an annual license fee and a one-time setup fee.
Note: The setup fee is only applicable if Laubacher Multimedia is doing your set up. Setup requires an HTTP POST to the MyWebDept.com servers to retrieve the content. We have examples using ASP and AJAX
- Annual License Fee: $5/month or $50/year if paid in full
- Setup Fee: $150 plus customizations
